For the i Live Group we have created the brochure for the project “Serviced Apartments München” in Obersendling both the brochure and the construction description as well as the website. The project aims to give people a “temporary home” – in a “unique alternative to the hotel”.
Our task was to communicate to investors the advantages of the project as well as the special concept of the iLive Group. In terms of design, the brochure incorporated the lifestyle of Copacabana and the Brazilian lightness, in order to take up the company’s DNA in project communication: “Munich Freedom meets Bossa Nova” was our approach.
For example, the patterns of the iconic sidewalk on Copacabana beach in Rio De Janeiro can be found both on the carpets in the foyer – as well as as a design element on the front page of the brochure and the building description. The logo of the I Live group with the symbolized hummingbird was also adopted as an element for the front pages. Large-format mood pictures round off the brochure and bring the Brazilian lifestyle to Obersendling – at least in the vicinity of Isar.
